Read moreWhite Russians are traditionally made with vodka and coffee-flavoured liqueur, mixed with heavy cream. Our twist includes a warming mix of winter spices for the colder months ahead, all thanks to the Chai syrup, hints of coconut and a genuine fully Cornish vodka.
25ml Kahlua
25ml Chai syrup
35ml Aval Dor Cornish vodka
50ml Coconut cream
50ml Oat milk
Add Kahlua and chai syrup into a rocks glass and top with cubed ice.
Add vodka, coconut cream, and oat milk into a shaker and shake.
Slowly pour over ice so the two colours are separated.
Garnish with ground cinnamon.
If you haven't got Chai syrup to hand, you could make your own.
Mix 5 cups of water, 10 teaspoons of black tea leaves/black teabags and your choice of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom pods, star anise and nutmeg work well). Bring all ingredients to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Strain through a sieve and into a bottle.
