Cornish Negroni

Exclusively Cornish made, this blush pink negroni is best enjoyed pre-festive feasting.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Loveday x Watergate Bay gin  

  • 25ml Knightor white vermouth 

  • 25ml Knightor rose vermouth 

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and top with ice. 

  2. Gently stir for 30 seconds and then double strain into a rocks glass. 

  3. Top with some fresh ice and garnish with orange peel.
