Limoncello fizz cocktail recipe

From organic lemons comes this organic Cornish Limoncello from Atlantic Distillery, created a few miles away from the hotel. A light summers drink with sharp zesty notes.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Atlantic Limoncello

  • Juice of half lime

  • Topped with Laurent Perrier champagne

Method

Served in a wine glass

  1. Shake 25ml limoncello and half lime juice. 

  2. Shake and strain over ice

  3. Top with Laurent Perrier champagne

Atlantic Distillery

We would struggle to get more local than the Atlantic Distillery. It's located just a couple of miles away from Watergate Bay on a farm in Newquay. On their smallholding, the team grow fruits and fresh herbs which will often inspire the next small batch bottle of flavoured gin and liqueurs.
