Orange and passionfruit mojito recipe

A non-alcoholic 'mocktail' with inspiration taken from the well-loved mojito. The usual suspects, mint and lime, but with orange juice, passionfruit puree and grenadine. 

Ingredients

  • 50ml orange juice

  • 25ml passionfruit puree shot

  • Mint sprigs

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Drizzle of grenadine

Method

  1. Pick a handful of mint leaves, and squeeze four lime wedges into a glass, muddle.

  2. Fill glass with crushed ice and add passionfruit puree shot.

  3. Stir everything with a long spoon

  4. Top with orange juice, add a drizzle of grenadine and a wedge of lime to garnish
