State side mule recipe

We make ours with Tin Cup American whiskey, raspberries, mint and lemon, topped with London essence ginger beer to finish.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Tin Cup bourbon

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Handful of raspberries

  • London essence ginger beer

  • Sprig of mint

Method

Served in a tall glass over ice.

  1. In a Boston shaker filled with ice, add mint leaves and stir.

  2. Add whiskey/bourbon, lemon juice and raspberries.

  3. Shake hard and strain over ice in a tall glass

  4. Top with ginger beer, and a mint sprig if you like!
