"I love affogato, and I love martini – so I thought why not combine the two to create the ultimate espresso martini?"
RecipeA non-alcoholic apple and rhubarb sour with apple juice, lemon and foaming bitters.
Using cordials in cocktails is great because the flavour you get is so intense
35ml Apple and rhubarb cordial
15ml Rhubarb syrup
50ml fresh apple juice
1/2 lemon
Foaming agent (we use Mrs betters foaming bitters, but a whole egg white will do the trick!)
Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake without ice.
Shake again with ice and pour over cubed ice.
